Ethiopian food!!!

We were really looking forward to this wonderful treat! Jennifer, Amy and I treated our hosts to Ethiopian food on Sunday evening and it was not only delicious it was an adventure!

It is served on a washcloth looking thing that is actually the bread that we use to wrap around the food to eat it. The pot in the front is roasted goat and all the other piles of food were just delicious.

We like it so much we really have to smile as big as we can! ;)

This is Jennifer's artistic Ethiopian coffee pot. The coffee is really strong and is served with hot milk and sugar - yummm! Definitely one of the culinary highlights of the trip!
